- NH Hospital a.s. (hereinafter referred to as the "Operator") undertakes not to disclose the information that the User provides about himself/herself when creating his/her user account to any third party, except as provided by law.
- In the event that this information is personal data, it will be handled in accordance with the applicable Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 and in accordance with national legislation on the protection of personal data.
- The User hereby consents, within the meaning of the Data Protection Act, to the Operator processing the personal data provided by him/her, for the purpose of providing the services provided by the Operator through the website operated by him/her and for the purpose of carrying out the Operator's activities as a provider of health services.
- The personal data will be processed by electronic means and to the extent that corresponds to the purposes set out in the previous sentence.
- The user agrees that the personal data provided by him/her will be kept in the database of the operator as a data controller.

- The User hereby agrees, within the meaning of Act No. 480/2004 Coll., on Certain Information Society Services and on Amendments to Certain Acts, as amended, that the Operator may send him/her e-mails with information about the Operator's services or third-party products.
- This consent is granted for an indefinite period and the user is entitled to withdraw it at any time.
