Are you a healthcare professional?

I am a specialist within the meaning of Act No. 40/1995 Coll., on the Regulation of Advertising, as amended, i.e. I am a person authorised to prescribe medicinal products for human use or a person authorised to dispense medicinal products for human use.

I confirm that I have familiarised myself with the definition of an expert according to Act No. 40/1995 Coll.

I acknowledge that I have read and understood the risks to which a person other than a professional is exposed by accessing a site intended primarily for professionals.

Procedure for practice at Hospital Hořovice

Arrange the date of the internship in the department where you are interested in completing the internship with the head of the department - the contacts are listed in the tabs of each department.
Fill in the Internship Application Form.docx and deliver it to the Secretariat of the Hospital Director(sekr@nemocnice-horovice.cz).
The created contracts will be sent to the study department of your school or employer, where you will be asked to sign it, and you will also receive a copy of the contract (except for SHS and HEI).
On the day you start your internship, you will first go to the HR department (head office building) to receive your intern ID card and further instructions.

You cannot enter the workplace without a signed traineeship agreement from all parties, so make sure you have all the formalities in time.

Our medical facility does not currently offer accommodation.
Fees for internships and traineeships at the Hospital Hořovice are available on request at sekr@nemocnice-horovice.cz.
Hospital Hořovice issues only and exclusively its own contracts for professional practice, we do not accept foreign contracts.
