AKESO POLICLINIC Outpatient Clinics

In terms of medical specialties, the polyclinic focuses primarily on maternal, child and adolescent care. However, as a modern provider of diagnostic and outpatient care, we also provide selected health services for adult patients. AKESO POLICLINIC thus offers its services for the whole family, in a very pleasant environment, with state-of-the-art medical technology and digital operation - i.e. without unnecessary paperwork. Our polyclinic is a continuation of the medical care of the Hořovice Hospital and the Rehabilitation Hospital Beroun. Our facilities are contractual partners of all insurance companies.

Our AKESO POLICLINIC offers a wide range of health services for children, adolescents and adults in its outpatient clinics. In short, we provide:

  • consultancy in paediatric urology
  • consultancy in the field of infantile haemangiomas
  • treatment of inflammatory, degenerative and metabolic skeletal diseases in adult patients
  • highly accurate and time-saving blood and urine analysis in our dedicated collection room

  • Medical University of Graz, Austria, Pharmacy (MPharm.)
  • PhD student in epidemiology at the 3rd Faculty of Medicine, Charles University, specializing in the efficacy and safety of treatment of alopecia

  • Dermatovenerology at the University Hospital Královské Vinohrady - 2022

Practice and experience:

  • Subinvestigator in clinical trials - alopecia areata, hidradenitis suppurativa
  • lecturer in dermatovenerology (3rd Faculty of Medicine, Charles University) as a specialist in dermatovenerology, including trichology, dermatoscopy and dermatosurgery
  • many years of experience in the field of aesthetic dermatology with more than six years of experience
  • Performing all non-invasive and mini-invasive procedures including botulinum toxin injections and fillers
  • laser and thread application
  • Hair transplantation and removal of skin lesions and tumors

Member of the General Medical Council of the UK, the Czech Medical Association and several medical and dermatological societies in Europe.
