In terms of medical specialties, the polyclinic focuses primarily on maternal, child and adolescent care. However, as a modern provider of diagnostic and outpatient care, we also provide selected health services for adult patients. AKESO POLICLINIC thus offers its services for the whole family, in a very pleasant environment, with state-of-the-art medical technology and digital operation - i.e. without unnecessary paperwork. Our polyclinic is a continuation of the medical care of the Hořovice Hospital and the Rehabilitation Hospital Beroun. Our facilities are contractual partners of all insurance companies.

Our AKESO POLICLINIC offers a wide range of health services for children, adolescents and adults in its outpatient clinics. In short, we provide:

  • consultancy in paediatric urology

  • treatment of inflammatory, degenerative and metabolic skeletal diseases in adult patients
  • highly accurate and time-saving blood and urine analysis in our dedicated collection room

V ambulanci fyzioterapie se primárně zaměřujeme na terapii novorozenců, kojenců a batolat Vojtovou metodou, a to jak u centrálních, tak i periferních poruch pohybového systému.

Součástí ošetřování nejmenších dětí je vždy i klinické screeningové vyšetření, které odhalí závažnost odchylky a na jehož základě stanovíme konkrétní terapeutický plán. Jde o proces, jehož nedílnou součástí je aktivní spolupráce rodičů, které po dobu terapie učíme, jak mají se svým dítětem doma pracovat Vojtovou metodou a jak s ním správně manipulovat.

Zásadní roli hraje prevence, která se opírá o včasnou diagnostiku. Díky ní můžeme odhalit budoucí nedostatky pohybového systému v době, kdy nejsou na první pohled ještě viditelné. Na základě toho můžeme začít s terapií včas a předejít tak řadě pohybových obtíží, které by nastaly v průběhu budoucího vývoje či dospělosti pacienta.

Těžištěm včasné diagnostiky a terapie jsou nedonošení novorozenci, rizikoví kojenci s pozitivním neurologickým či ortopedickým nálezem, ale i děti s lehkým odklonem od ideálního vývoje.

Úzce spolupracujeme s ostatními profesemi AKESO POLIKLINIKY, které souvisí s problematikou poruch vývoje pohybového systému, jako je poradna pro rizikové novorozence, dětská neurologie, dětská ortopedie a další.
