AKESO POLICLINIC Outpatient Clinics

In terms of medical specialties, the polyclinic focuses primarily on maternal, child and adolescent care. However, as a modern provider of diagnostic and outpatient care, we also provide selected health services for adult patients. AKESO POLICLINIC thus offers its services for the whole family, in a very pleasant environment, with state-of-the-art medical technology and digital operation - i.e. without unnecessary paperwork. Our polyclinic is a continuation of the medical care of the Hořovice Hospital and the Rehabilitation Hospital Beroun. Our facilities are contractual partners of all insurance companies.

Our AKESO POLICLINIC offers a wide range of health services for children, adolescents and adults in its outpatient clinics. In short, we provide:

  • consultancy in paediatric urology

Dětská gastroenterologie

Ambulance dětské gastroenterologie – AKESO Poliklinika Nové Butovice

V AKESO POLIKLINICE v Nových Butovicích nově funguje ambulance dětské gastroenterologie zaměřená na diagnostiku a léčbu onemocnění trávicího traktu u dětí a dospívajících ve věku 0–18 let.

Pečujeme o pacienty s onemocněním jícnu, žaludku a střev, jater, žlučníku a žlučových cest i slinivky břišní. Zaměřujeme se také na potravinové intolerance (zejména laktózovou intoleranci a celiakii), poruchy výživy a další funkční i zánětlivá onemocnění zažívacího systému.

Nejčastější obtíže podle věku dítěte

  • Novorozenci a kojenci: neprospívání, kojenecké koliky, gastroezofageální reflux (návrat žaludečního obsahu do jícnu)
  • Batolata a předškolní děti: bolesti břicha, průjmy, zácpa
  • Starší děti a adolescenti: zánětlivá onemocnění střev a jater, poruchy příjmu potravy
  • Významná část pacientů přichází s podezřením na laktózovou intoleranci či celiakii

Diagnostické a vyšetřovací metody

V rámci gastroenterologické péče nabízíme široké spektrum neinvazivních i invazivních vyšetření:

  • komplexní klinické vyšetření a laboratorní diagnostiku
  • zobrazovací metody (ultrazvuk, RTG, v indikovaných případech CT či MRI),
  • pH metrii k diagnostice gastroezofageálního refluxu (provádíme v úterý v ambulanci AKESO POLIKLINIKY),
  • endoskopická vyšetření (prováděná ve čtvrtek v Nemocnici Hořovice, dle potřeby v premedikaci nebo celkové anestezii),
  • Úzce spolupracujeme s dalšími pediatrickými obory, zejména s pneumology, dětskými chirurgy a psychiatry, abychom zajistili komplexní a koordinovanou péči.

Ordinační doba

  • MUDr. Szitányi ordinuje v AKESO PPOLIKLINICE v úterý a ve středu.
  • Čtvrtek je vyhrazen endoskopickým vyšetřením v Nemocnici Hořovice.

  • ambulance se nachází v budově A, 4. patro.

K prvnímu vyšetření je nutné přinést:

  • doporučení od praktického pediatra,
  • očkovací průkaz,
  • dostupnou zdravotní dokumentaci (lékařské zprávy a výsledky předchozích vyšetření).
