In terms of medical specialties, the polyclinic focuses primarily on maternal, child and adolescent care. However, as a modern provider of diagnostic and outpatient care, we also provide selected health services for adult patients. AKESO POLICLINIC thus offers its services for the whole family, in a very pleasant environment, with state-of-the-art medical technology and digital operation - i.e. without unnecessary paperwork. Our polyclinic is a continuation of the medical care of the Hořovice Hospital and the Rehabilitation Hospital Beroun. Our facilities are contractual partners of all insurance companies.

Our AKESO POLICLINIC offers a wide range of health services for children, adolescents and adults in its outpatient clinics. In short, we provide:

  • radiodiagnostic examinations using the latest magnetic resonance imaging, X-ray and ultrasound equipment

  • examination and monitoring of children with congenital heart defects in the paediatric cardiology outpatient clinic

  • management of the full spectrum of nutritional disorders from failure to thrive to obesity
  • consultancy in paediatric urology
  • consultancy in the field of infantile haemangiomas
  • treatment of inflammatory, degenerative and metabolic skeletal diseases in adult patients

V dětské kardiologické ambulanci vyšetřujeme a sledujeme dětské pacienty, s podezřením na některou z více než sta různých vrozených srdečních vad. Těmto pacientům poskytujeme zároveň jak předoperační, tak i pooperační ambulantní sledování. Neméně důležitá jsou vyšetření a sledování dětí, které mají srdeční šelest, poruchy srdečního rytmu, dušnost nejasného původu, bolesti na hrudi, vysoký krevní tlak a vyšetření po prodělaných kolapsových stavech.

Důraz klademe také na prevenci nemocí oběhové soustavy, která by měla začínat již v dětství. Proto pečujeme i o pacienty s rizikem vzniku aterosklerózy, která je nejčastější příčinou ischemické choroby srdeční, ischemické nemoci dolních končetin a cévních onemocnění mozku. V neposlední řadě poskytujeme kardiologické vyšetření u mladých sportovců, které není hrazeno ze zdravotního pojištění.

Provádíme klinické, EKG a ECHO kardiografické vyšetření srdce. Máme k dispozici i veškeré potřebné laboratorní metody, které zajišťují smluvní laboratoře či naše laboratoře v Nemocnici Hořovice a Rehabilitační nemocnici Beroun. Velmi úzce spolupracujeme s Dětským kardiocentrem FN Motol.

Důležité informace

  • Do ambulance je nutné se předem objednat na telefonním čísle 233 555 000.
  • Před vstupem do AKESO POLIKLINIKY si připravte kartičku pojišťovny a doporučení k vyšetření od pediatra (žádanku).
  • Doba vyšetření je závislá na obtížích pacienta, obvykle 15 - 30 minut.
  • Při vyšetření je samozřejmostí přítomnost rodiče.
  • Poslední pacient bude ošetřen 30 minut před koncem ordinačních hodin.
