AKESO POLICLINIC Outpatient Clinics

In terms of medical specialties, the polyclinic focuses primarily on maternal, child and adolescent care. However, as a modern provider of diagnostic and outpatient care, we also provide selected health services for adult patients. AKESO POLICLINIC thus offers its services for the whole family, in a very pleasant environment, with state-of-the-art medical technology and digital operation - i.e. without unnecessary paperwork. Our polyclinic is a continuation of the medical care of the Hořovice Hospital and the Rehabilitation Hospital Beroun. Our facilities are contractual partners of all insurance companies.

Our AKESO POLICLINIC offers a wide range of health services for children, adolescents and adults in its outpatient clinics. In short, we provide:

  • radiodiagnostic examinations using the latest magnetic resonance imaging, X-ray and ultrasound equipment

  • examination and monitoring of children with congenital heart defects in the paediatric cardiology outpatient clinic
  • long-term care of newborns at risk
  • management of the full spectrum of nutritional disorders from failure to thrive to obesity
  • consultancy in paediatric urology
  • consultancy in the field of infantile haemangiomas
  • treatment of inflammatory, degenerative and metabolic skeletal diseases in adult patients
  • highly accurate and time-saving blood and urine analysis in our dedicated collection room

V revmatologické ambulanci pro děti se zabýváme komplexním vyšetřením, diagnostikou a léčbou zánětlivých onemocnění kloubů a pojivové tkáně u dětí a dospívajících.

Jedná se o široké spektrum onemocnění dětského věku, zahrnující juvenilní idiopatickou artritídu, reaktivní artritídy a systémová onemocnění pojiva. Základní charakteristikou těchto nemocí je zánět kloubu doprovázený otokem, proteplením a omezením rozsahu pohybu. U systémových onemocnění jsou projevy pestřejší a zahrnují například horečku, projevy kožní či orgánové.

Základem diagnostiky je fyzikální vyšetření dítěte včetně podrobného zhodnocení rodinné a osobní anamnézy (onemocnění přítomná v rodině, celková nemocnost a vývoj dítěte).

V naší ambulanci poskytujeme komplexní fyzikální vyšetření pohybového aparátu, diferenciální diagnostiku a farmakologickou léčbu revmatických onemocnění včetně kloubní punkce diagnostické a léčebné. V případě potřeby zajistíme doplňující vyšetření a sledování v navazujících odborných ambulancích na specializovaném pracovišti.

Abychom našim pacientům mohli poskytovat co nejlepší péči, máme k dispozici špičkové radiodiagnostické přístroje a speciální laboratorní vyšetření potřebné pro revmatologickou diagnostiku. Také úzce spolupracujeme s Rehabilitační nemocnicí Beroun.

K prvnímu vyšetření v naší ambulanci přichází pacient na základě doporučení praktického lékaře pro děti a dorost, či lékaře jiné specializace, nejčastěji ortopedie.
