MASSAGES
Massage is one of the relaxation techniques.
It has an effect not only on parts of the musculoskeletal system, but especially on the muscles and skin. With the help of massage we can positively influence the musculoskeletal system and help to regenerate our organism faster. In AKESO POLIKLINICE we offer classical, sports and reflex massage.
- Classical massage helps to regenerate muscles faster and to flush out harmful substances. It also acts as an analgesic.
- The importance of sports massage lies in improving the regeneration of forces after work or other physical exertion, contributes to the rapid removal of fatigue and helps to maintain both physical and mental condition.
- Reflex massage is based on the stimulation of the so-called reflex points located all over our body. Each of these areas is connected to other, more or less distant parts of the body.
