AKESO POLICLINIC

In terms of medical specialties, the polyclinic focuses primarily on maternal, child and adolescent care. However, as a modern provider of diagnostic and outpatient care, we also provide selected health services for adult patients. AKESO POLICLINIC thus offers its services for the whole family, in a very pleasant environment, with state-of-the-art medical technology and digital operation - i.e. without unnecessary paperwork. Our polyclinic is a continuation of the medical care of the Hospital Hořovice and the Rehabilitation Hospital Beroun. Our facilities are contractual partners of all insurance companies.

Our AKESO POLICLINIC offers a wide range of health services for children, adolescents and adults in its outpatient clinics . In short, we provide:

In the orthopaedic outpatient clinic of our clinic we treat patients of all age groups, including children and babies. Using state-of-the-art diagnostic methods that include cutting-edge X-ray, MRI and sonography, we are able to pinpoint the patient's problem and find a solution. We provide a broad spectrum of care: from conservative therapy for orthopedic defects, degenerative joint disease, and post-traumatic conditions, to injection therapy, to suggesting surgical solutions for the condition.

We provide comprehensive care for children, from screening ultrasound hip examination of newborns and infants to diagnosis and treatment of orthopedic defects and management of basic musculoskeletal injuries.

We place a great emphasis on the first-time patient. Thanks to it, we are able to detect incipient problems such as faulty posture, scoliosis or flatfoot. With early diagnosis and adequate care, we strive to prevent chronic problems in adulthood.

Thanks to our close cooperation with the Hořovice Hospital and the Rehabilitation Hospital Beroun, we are able to arrange early surgery at state-of-the-art facilities, from minimally invasive arthroscopic procedures to large joint replacements.
