In terms of medical specialties, the polyclinic focuses primarily on maternal, child and adolescent care. However, as a modern provider of diagnostic and outpatient care, we also provide selected health services for adult patients. AKESO POLICLINIC thus offers its services for the whole family, in a very pleasant environment, with state-of-the-art medical technology and digital operation - i.e. without unnecessary paperwork. Our polyclinic is a continuation of the medical care of the Hospital Hořovice and the Rehabilitation Hospital Beroun. Our facilities are contractual partners of all insurance companies.

Our AKESO POLICLINIC offers a wide range of health services for children, adolescents and adults in its outpatient clinics . In short, we provide:

Spectrum of care:

  • Our general practitioner's office is dedicated to the diagnosis and treatment of acute and chronic diseases, we emphasize preventive care and provide information and recommendations on health care.
  • Preventive check-ups are an integral part of the GP practice. This is a set of examinations designed to determine the patient's current condition. Their purpose is to prevent diseases or to diagnose them in their early stages, which can be understood as a period when complications have not yet occurred. Thanks to a correct diagnosis, we are able to start their adequate treatment. At our department, we also focus on screening programs aimed at early detection of cancer, so that we can detect the disease early and have a higher probability of a complete cure. We also focus on regular vaccinations and offer optional vaccinations as part of our prevention efforts.
  • Of course, we also treat acute and chronic diseases and provide regular dispensary care.
  • At the patient's request, we provide examinations for driving and firearms licenses, extract from medical records, etc.
  • Thanks to the radiodiagnostic department, laboratory facilities as well as cooperation with specialist doctors, we can offer patients a comprehensive approach.
