However, as a modern provider of diagnostic and outpatient care, we also provide selected health services for adult patients. For a quality examination of our clients we have at our disposal in AKESO POLICLINIC top technology: magnetic resonance Siemens Magnetom Vida with magnetic field strength of 3 Tesla and X-ray Siemens Ysio Max.

Magnetom Vida is a state-of-the-art imaging device that can examine patients regardless of their physical constitution in very high resolution and in a short time. The device has sensors embedded in the pad that allow detection of patient movement and suppression of movements from free breathing. This provides physicians with unparalleled image documentation for making the correct diagnosis.

For patients who are concerned about being in a confined space, we offer special glasses with an audiovisual program during the examination. This unique technology also makes the examination of young children much easier and more comfortable.

The unique Siemens Ysio Max X-ray machine offers simultaneous movement in all axes. It is so variable that it can even image patients in wheelchairs. It has an Automatic Ortho function that speeds up the process of creating long images, for example of the lower limbs and spine. It can create up to four images of a selected area at once, automatically determine the desired number of exposures and combine them into one composite image. It achieves excellent results even at lower radiation doses, which is important when examining children.

In the clinic we have high quality ultrasound machines that allow a wide range of examinations of the abdominal cavity, soft tissues, blood vessels or heart. They are also suitable for the examination of pediatric patients.

We recommend that all clients obtain a QR code with a record of the examination. This image documentation can be used for any further consultations with other specialists. The fee for making a QR code is 150 CZK. Printing the results of X-ray or MRI for a fee of 125 CZK.

As a standard, medical descriptions for MRI examinations are made and delivered to the attending physician within one week of the examination.
