In terms of medical specialties, the polyclinic focuses primarily on maternal, child and adolescent care. However, as a modern provider of diagnostic and outpatient care, we also provide selected health services for adult patients. AKESO POLICLINIC thus offers its services for the whole family, in a very pleasant environment, with state-of-the-art medical technology and digital operation - i.e. without unnecessary paperwork. Our polyclinic is a continuation of the medical care of the Hospital Hořovice and the Rehabilitation Hospital Beroun. Our facilities are contractual partners of all insurance companies.

Many years’ experience in general surgery, specialising in bariatric surgery – particularly bypass procedures, including the management of complications following bariatric surgery. In the field of bariatric surgery, a protégé of Dr Michael Vraný.
Active participation in specialist surgical and bariatric congresses, as well as international placements and workshops in Belgium (Bruges), Italy (Naples), Portugal (Lisbon), Estonia (Tartu) and France (Montpellier).
Research: the topic of his doctoral studies focuses on the assessment of changes in intrahepatic fat following bariatric surgery using multiparametric MRI, elastography and liver biopsy.
