AKESO POLICLINIC Outpatient Clinics

In terms of medical specialties, the polyclinic focuses primarily on maternal, child and adolescent care. However, as a modern provider of diagnostic and outpatient care, we also provide selected health services for adult patients. AKESO POLICLINIC thus offers its services for the whole family, in a very pleasant environment, with state-of-the-art medical technology and digital operation - i.e. without unnecessary paperwork. Our polyclinic is a continuation of the medical care of the Hořovice Hospital and the Rehabilitation Hospital Beroun. Our facilities are contractual partners of all insurance companies.

Our AKESO POLICLINIC offers a wide range of health services for children, adolescents and adults in its outpatient clinics. In short, we provide:

Žilní chirurgie

Ambulance žilní chirurgie se zaměřuje především řešením křečových žil, ať už z hlediska zdravotního či estetického. 

Křečové žíly mohou kromě nevzhledně rozšířených žil způsobovat i otoky dolních končetin, křeče, pocity těžkých nohou, svědění a ekzémy. V počátečních stádiích se může jednat pouze o drobné žilky rozšířené v kůži (tzv. metličky či pavoučky). Větší změny však nemusí být viditelné a onemocnění se může zpočátku projevovat pouze otoky dolních končetin. Při dlouhodobém působení žilní nedostatečnosti může docházet ke kožním změnám, jako je ztenčení kůže, její zhnědnutí (tzv. hyperpigmentace), a později až ke vzniku bércového vředu. 

Menší nálezy (metličky a menší žilky) řešíme pomocí sklerotizace. Sklerotizace je ambulantní zákrok, při kterém je do postižené žíly aplikována látka, vedoucí k jejímu uzavření.

Větší nálezy jsme pak schopni řešit nejmodernějšími miniinvazivními metodami - například laserovou ablací, která může být dle potřeby doplněna miniflebektomií. Oba zákroky jsou prováděny v lokální anestezii, bez nutnosti anestezie celkové. Vedle toho nabízíme i klasické operace křečových žil, které jsou však v dnešní době stále více nahrazovány metodami miniinvazivními - a to díky jejich minimální bolestivosti, větší šetrnosti, bez nutnosti celkové anestezie a rychlejší rekonvalescenci.
